You need to attend a Traffic Survival School class if you:
- Received as Assignment letter from ADOT/ACNSC;
- Were Court-ordered by an Arizona Court; or
- Were Court-ordered by an out-of state Court, with permission to attend from the Arizona MVD
TSS classes are held once a month at each of our locations. The Prescott location generally holds the class on Monday and Tuesday with 4 hours of class time each night. Our Cottonwood class is held on a Sunday for the full 8 hours. Class dates are established by registration. When registering for the TSS class, please indicate which location you'd like to attend and someone from our staff will contact you regarding the specific dates. You will need either your MVD Case No., Withdrawal No. or Customer No. to register. If you do not have one of these, you can go to www.azmvdnow.gov to obtain this number. You will need to create an account with them and it will provide you with the necessary information.
Once registered, students must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to class start time with the following items:
- Corrective Action letter OR Proof of Assignment (issued by MVD)
- Government-issued I.D. (driver's license, passport, state I.D. card)
- $150 cash

The TSS Course is for anyone receiving an Assignment Letter from ADOT/ACNSC.
We report your completion to the Arizona Department of Motor Vehicles.

The Monday and Tuesday class in Prescott is split up over two (2) nights, 4 hours each night. The Sunday class that is held in Cottonwood is an 8 hour class.
